Hosting Rules
Please read these before you apply!What you get...
-a subdomain of course! It will be http://name.comforting-lie.com and http://comforting-lie.com/name
-For space and bandwidth, basically you'll get what you need. You can upload what you need for your site. Though, if you want to upload several or large audio or video files, place contact me first. You can have what you want, as long as it doesn't become a problem and you're not taking advantage of this.
-unlimited e-mail adresses (you@comforting-lie.com)
-a Mysql database if needed
-if you have questions, ask!
-I'll be glad to help you with your site if you need it!
What I expect...
-Site must be in English ...or French
-Coding experience. Please give a link to a current/past site or a screenshot, even if you haven't done anything to it for forever.
-Your site can be fan art/portfolio, fan-fic, personal, blend challenge, fansite, fanlisting, etc.
-Regular updating- meaning like every 2 weeks. If something comes up, and you can't update this often, just let me know. I can understand...but if this goes on for a very long time, I'll contact you about closing your site.
-You'll be using FTP. I prefer FTP experience, but it's not biggie if you don't know a thing about FTP.
-If you need video or audio files, contact me first cus I'll only allow a certain amount. They'll have to be zipped, if you do upload them.
-If you have the same interests as me or I know you from a forum, that's always a plus.
