I bought this domain on January 21 2006 at servage and opened the site in early February 2006. This website is named after the No Doubt song Comforting Lie from the album Return of Saturn. This was my second time using html/web coding. The first time was at my second site Artificial Sweetener. I had some trouble with coding but got help from tutorials at Lost in Innocence, Lissa explains, Misplaced and a few other sites.This website holds most of the fanart I've made. I also added a HQ screencap gallery, the gallery is run by All caps were capped by me and gallery is run by Captivate. I currently used Adobe Photoshop CS2, I've been making fanart since around July 2005 and I started off using Adobe Photoshop version 6. I also used version 7 for awhile after that. I was inspired by all the fanart I've seen on the internet. I just thought all of it was amazing and wanted to learn how I could also make art like it. I'm still nowhere as near as good as my favourite fanartists, but I'm learning. All graphics and layouts are done by me. Coding was done by me. I'd also like to give a big thanks to Ryan, who's one awesome webdesigner. He helped me a lot with one layout and a few other things, and I've just learned a lot from him. I also got help from the websites above and the sites mentioned in my resources page. You can use the wallpapers for your own personal use and you can display them on website as long as you give a link back to here.
